Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DiscreetBioLabs and any order you place through this site.
Effective August 1, 2026
1. Who may use this site
This site is intended for qualified researchers aged 21 or older, and for those purchasing on behalf of a research organization. Access requires passing our 21+ age check, and ordering requires completing the researcher attestation. By using this site you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Research use only
Every product is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research and is not for human or animal consumption. These products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. DiscreetBioLabs is not a compounding pharmacy as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of that Act, and does not provide medical advice. 3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify the information provided, where a compound is restricted for shipment to your state, where quantities are inconsistent with laboratory research use, or where we believe an order may be intended for a use these terms prohibit.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We correct pricing and product errors when we find them, and we will contact you before fulfilling an affected order.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by our payment provider on their hosted payment page. Card details are entered with that provider and are not received or stored on our systems. Where live payment processing has not yet been enabled, this is stated clearly at checkout and no payment is taken.
5. Shipping and risk
Shipping terms, timescales and restrictions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Returns
Because these are laboratory materials whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our custody, returns are limited. See our Refund and Return Policy.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Purchasing for, or reselling for, any use other than laboratory research.
- Providing false information at age verification, attestation, or checkout.
- Reselling or redistributing products in a way that misrepresents their intended use.
- Scraping, probing, or interfering with the operation or security of this site.
We may suspend or terminate access, and cancel orders, where we believe these terms have been breached.
8. Content and reviews
Customer reviews are moderated before publication. We do not publish accounts of physical outcomes or of any use outside a laboratory setting. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish it, and you confirm it is your own.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its content, and its brand elements belong to DiscreetBioLabs or its licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. Use of these materials is entirely at the buyer’s own risk.
You agree to indemnify DiscreetBioLabs against claims arising from your use of a product outside the laboratory research purpose you attested to.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction.
